Description

Editor crashes after relocating project assets and don't open the project anymore without instant crash.
Tested for 2 ways of relocating:

• via Windows Explorer
• via editor Content Browser

Project cache was deleted.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Relocate assets
2. Close and open again the Editor

Reproducibility:

I moved plenty of assets, so I unsure if it happen when relocating one or two specific ones. Two versions of a project - before and after relocation - are attached.
