Canceling of the drag doesn't work complete

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place an object on the scene
2. Using rotation tool start rotate it
3. Using right mouse button cancel operation

Expected behavior:

3. Operation canceled

Actual behavior:

3. Operation canceled temporary (object for a second rotate to initial position and right after back to position before cancel)

Reproducibility:
