Animation state graph loses attached Animation clip after update

Prerequisites

Need to have AnimationController asset with attached AnimationClips in states (version 12)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an Editor and wait it will be converted to new version
2. Check in Animation Editor presence of Clips in States

Expected behavior:

2. Clips present

Actual behavior:

2. Clips are gone
