Actors are added as children of one another by default via hierarchy window, without visible selection of current actor.

- Add actor via + button in Hierarchy window
- Add second actor via + button in Hierarchy window
- Add third actor via + button in Hierarchy window
Expected behavior:
Actors are added to the scene root with zero transform.
Actual behavior:
Actors are added as children of one another.
