Re-parenting of widgets ignores layouts logic

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a two widgets with layouts
2. Create the third one as child for first widget
3. Re-parent widget 3 from widget 1 to widget 2

Expected behavior:

3. Object becomes child for widget 2 and integrated to it's layout.

Actual behavior:

3. Object re-parented but ignores layout
