Have you considered making it also available in a distribution form suitable for serving it as a static content by web servers?

This app could be interesting to embed into IMAP servers like Cyrus IMAP. Cyrus has an option to serve any static content by its built-in http server (which serves some other configuration interfaces), so it could be embedded in it and probably shipped with it so the users have a direct interface to manage their sieve filters along with other mail options.
