• Add capability to deal with VAT exemptions not related to a VAT number.
• Clean up configuration flags in uninstall. This lets a module reset actually reset the module.
• Don't register an inexistent hook.

To get these enhancements working you need the latest Community Default Theme or, if you prefer another theme, these three commits applied: thirtybees/community-theme-default@e681ab1, thirtybees/community-theme-default@35c5ff0 and thirtybees/community-theme-default@4e2abe1. You also need thirty bees core as of 19th July 2018 (or commits dab1e318 to ddcafc5e applied) or the soon to be released thirty bees 1.0.6.

Without meeting these prerequisites, manual VAT exemption mode works only partially and should be kept off. Other features of this module work fine either way.
