Multiple mapping errors: Updating the twin data of service with a registration message is not supported #3591

Describe the bug
The following mapping errors are appearing in the tedge-mapper-c8y logs and on te/errors topics every time the tedge-agent is restarted:

To Reproduce
After connecting the device to c8y, restart tedge-agent and observe the logs of tedge-mapper-c8y service.
