Search engine prefix for address bar. #160

Description

One thing I miss about chromium is that I could access different search engines using the address bar by prefixing a string. For instance, if I wanted to search wikipedia, for cats, I would type:

wiki: cats

in the address bar (the prefix would be set to 'wiki:' for the wikipedia search engine)

Or if I wanted to search duckduckgo for dogs, I would type:

duckduckgo: dogs

(the prefix would be set to 'duckduckgo:' for the duckduckgo search engine)

etc.

idk whether you'd be interested in such a concept for Dooble?
