structure panel option "Scroll to current cursor position" ignored (in adv. editor) #1828

- TeXstudio: 4.0.1
- Qt: 5.15.2
- OS: Windows 10
- TeX distribution: miktex
Expected behavior
As in TeXstudio 3.1.2 the structure panel should scroll to the heading corresponding to the current cursor position.
Actual behavior
No auto-scroll on section level.
