Description

Following validation and completion of #1389, #1431 and #1478, deploy a staging EKS TaaS cluster. It should serve as a final checkpoint before migrating the current kops TaaS installation to a new EKS one.
The deployment process should be performed by following instructions in the infra repo.

What defines this endeavour to be complete?

• Deploy the staging cluster following the instructions
• (Optional) Add a DNS record towards the AWS' load balancer endpoint
• (Optional) Add authentication to the cluster

Cluster authentication can be omitted if #1294 is not completed.
