This fixes the issue where clippy failed to build for arm causing that release to be incomplete. We remove the host files from the install directory to reduce the final size is minimal.

Hmm not fully efficient as there are duplicate libraries taking up space. Should make one set symlinks to others. |

Also it downloads a rust tool chain instead of using local one you have if you built rust stuff already like ripgrep. |
