In #7115 a set of metrics were added to Tendermint v0.36.x to time the ABCI methods. These set of metrics should be ported to the new main branch based on v0.34.x.

The acceptance criteria for this task are:

• ABCI method metrics exist in v0.34.x
• ABCI method metrics are documented in metrics.md
