Summary

I know that this is totally bike shedding. But given that we've already changed the path in this release, I figured why not rename it.

I put this idea forward in a previous issue (#4594) but basically, I find, in the context of the blockchain space, calling a package blockchain is way too vague. At first I thought we should rename this to fast sync because this is what it is commonly referred to but as also gets pointed out, fast sync usually isn't faster than state sync thus I think it makes sense to name it based on what it does which is to sync blocks (as opposed to state sync which syncs only the state)
