@Joomlaplates @WM-Loose @iorbita Please help me check v3.2.5-rc1 on your test server. I fix the issue saving when server enable ModSecurity.

Let's try enable ModSecurity and go to template options. Then click to save data.

Hello, with mod_security enabled my current Astroid 3.2.4 is working.
But its not easy to test, because the mod_security has many options.
I dont know what option was enabled and is reason why Astroid shouldnt work.

Hello Sonny, hello Peter and the rest of the world :-)
I can't understand this either. Version 3.2.4 doesn't cause any problems with mod-sequrity. As Peter just wrote, there are so many settings that it's almost impossible to find. We haven't received a single customer report about this. I installed version 3.2.5-rc1, and it also runs perfectly, just like 3.2.4. Nobody here can reproduce this error.

Hi,
I've also occasionally encountered this problem (loading spinner endlessly), but it's very random. I reloaded the page and that allowed me to save the template configuration, but it's not a real solution.

In my cPanel, I don't have the ModSecurity option, perhaps it depends on the host.

It's definitely the browser you're using. Firefox occasionally causes problems, and browser apps also play a role. If you're using Firefox, you should run the browser in safe mode and then test whether the issue still occurs when saving.

This is very strange case? I have around 10 websites, on all of them I use Astroid and I think this website is the one which has problems. I tested two other websites and save there works fine.
I use Hostingers shared plan. they have custom Control panel Hpanel which allows you to have separate dashboard and configuration for each domain, but I could not find any difference in configuration.

Is there possibility to extract all configuration data from template? I am not even able to create preset to download it on that website. I want to try to uninstall whole template and install latest version and then add preset file. to see if it will fix problem.

Yes. You can use (save and download) presets in the template options.

I know but it does not work either :(
I am asking about other option to do it, maybe it is stored in some json file or database which can be easily extracted.

I disabled Mod_security and save button now works, but now clear cache has same problem. I will try to download preset and try to uninstall/install again to see what will happen.
