Describe the bug
After creating a new layout in the Article Layout Builder and saving the layout, it does not appear in Category -> Sjögrenvereniging -> Single Blog Options (see Additional context).

To Reproduce

• Create a new layout in the Article Layout Builder.
• Save the new layout.
• Go to Category -> Sjögrenvereniging -> Single Blog Options.
• The new layout does not appear.

Expected behavior
The new layout should be visible in Category -> Sjögrenvereniging -> Single Blog Options after being saved.

Important to note: This is a fresh installation of Joomla 5.2.3 with TZ Jollyany Standard, Astroid 3.1.10-rc5, Jollyany 3.5.32, and Template version 3.5.28. In the fresh installation, there was no layout present in the Article Layout Builder.
