After updating to the latest Astroid Framework 3.1.2 + template Zero 3.1.0 I get the following error while trying to view the website. This happens on my local WAMP installation. The issue seems like the one that was reported last December.

Problem doesn't occur on my live server, just local with WAMP.

Is there anything I can do to fix it on my local install?
