Expected Behavior

The BuildTemplates in the example repo should be migrated to Tasks (using the guide from #250) and the resulting Task library should be in this repo

• Issues should be migrated over here
• Pull request + issue templates should be updated to point folks over here
• Test coverage should be the same as it in the Build template repo or better (we should at least know that the yaml format is correct)

Actual Behavior

https://github.com/knative/build-templates contains a library of BuildTemplates for folks to use.
