some icons missing #344
Description
Some icons are missing. I noticed today it in version 2.0.1.58, but perhaps I noticed it in past versions, but forgot to signal.
I attach the cmd line messages taken from 2.0.1.58 portable version for Windows. I see these icons are missing in the source code too.
