Incorrect handling of fields containing double quotes #10
Description
This line in a CSV file is converted to bad RDF:
5162/04,27-10-2004,retention of 1 no. non-illuminated "Opening Hours" sign 1no. non-illuminated "H,27-10-2004,Unit 7 Coolock Retail Warehoues Park Malahide Road Coolock Dublin 5,Permission,GRANT PERMISSION,08-02-2005,20-12-2004,Decision Appealed
This field here causes the problem:
retention of 1 no. non-illuminated "Opening Hours" sign 1no. non-illuminated "H
The literal produced by Tarql doesn't stop at the end of the field, but includes the entire rest of the file.
The field is not delimited by quotes, so Tarql should simply process the entire field contents up to the comma that delimits the field.
