Tezos-ci not doing git checkout for merge requests properly for GitLab repos.
It looks like the merge request refs are not being fetched when you do a git clone of the main repository. So if people fork the repo and submit a merge request we can't build those merge requests, but if people submit a merge request as a branch from the main repository it will build.
