Provide the CMake option in LuaJIT for integration of JIT to perf tools

For now the only way to enable support for [the perf's JIT interface](https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/tools/perf/Documentation/jit-interface.txt) is to add the following CFLAGS definition: `-DCMAKE_C_FLAGS="-DLUAJIT_USE_PERFTOOLS=1"`. It would be nice to provide the corresponding CMake option.
