Hi all,

I witnessed a strange behavior and would like to check back with you whether this is intended.
When downloading the standalone executables for release 4.2.1 provided here, I always get Bun instead of TailwindCSS. This makes it impossible to execute any TailwindCSS CLI commands.

Any hint as to why the files apparently don't include Tailwind are welcome.
