MacOS tailscale starts using 100% CPU and lots of network looping Wireguard frames #5156

What is the issue?
About 3x a week on MacOS tailscale starts using 100% cpu and 20 Mbps of bandwidth for no apparent reason. Quitting and restarting it fixes the problem.
