Dump Query Monitor panels to an html file during AJAX requests

Dump files will be created as wp-content/qm-*.html

• Displays all panels.
• Show HTTP request variables for GET and POST.

1. Download the plugin
2. Install it through the WordPress Plugins page or with WP-CLI
3. Activate the plugin.
