Pull Request Overview

This PR modifies the isotope spectrum display logic to show experimental isotope data when available, falling back to theoretical isotope data when experimental data is not available.

• Adds condition to check for MS1 peak data before processing
• Changes display priority to show experimental isotope data first, then theoretical as fallback
• Improves user experience by providing both experimental and theoretical isotope views
