homectl resize does not resize /dev/mapper/<user>-home volume #15115

Upon creating a user and home directory with homectl create tmf I was allocated 15G of storage, I want to resize this and after clearing up some space homectl resize tmf 60G does not seem to
resize the actual mounted volume.
