LXC doesn't like the namespacing logic in systemd git #10011
Description
commit 1beab8b introduced lots of failing tests when run under LXC. See #9700 (comment) for a full ninja test log.
Reverting that commit, makes the test suite pass again (aside from test-execute, which already failed before)
