Describe the bug

Using a smaller device, such as iPhone8, and when there is a comment for the payment, it is not possible to tag the payment because the button is behind the 'Swipe To Pay' slider. Can we make this view scrollable?

Reproduce

1. Using a smaller device (iPhone8 and probably some more recentSE models)
2. Scan QR to pay LN Market invoice
3. Observe the Tags section appears behind the 'Swipe To Pay' slider and cannot be accessed
