Slightly excessive "normal operation" logging #10350
Description
What happened?
I have ~20 synced folders on my home "server" (a few large ones and many little single-purpose folders like "sync WoW addons"). They're all on default hourly scan. But with 20 of them it naturally adds up, so with Syncthing 2.0.x I am now getting three "Folder changed state" messages practically every minute (scan-waiting → scanning → idle) – probably 1/3rd of all system logs since reboot are just Syncthing informing verbosely about its periodic rescans. I'm wondering if these messages are really necessary, or if I'm holding Syncthing the wrong way.
