[Bug]: leaguedashteamstats "GP" does not return 82 games even when season_type_all_star="Regular Season"

### Issue

Instead of returning 82 games, leaguedashteamstats does returns many more, usually 87 or 89 for any given team when a season is specifed. E.g "Atlanta Hawks 2021-23". I have set eason_type_all_star="Regular Season" but it stlll won't return 82 games.
