I like building things from scratch, especially at the earliest stages: when nothing is clear yet and the people matter as much as the product.
I recently graduated from UC Davis with a CS degree, and spent my summer as a True Ventures Fellow and engineer at Digg, while also serving as VP of Technology at CodeLab, UC Davis's largest software and design agency. Now I'm figuring out what's next.
Some things I've worked on:
- Fullstack + infra at Digg – backend for the invite system that grew the platform beyond 25K users, migrations to protect user privacy, feature flags, caching optimizations
- Multi-agent system for context-aware prompt-to-UI diagram generation at Goodnotes
- InsightSearch AI – RAG pipeline for QuickVault by Veeva Systems
- YOLO pipelines at UC Davis Health
- SkinScreen – personal skin cancer detection and prevention tool (won Best Health Hack at HackDavis 2024)
- Numa – voice agent for empathetic mental health triage (HackDavis 2025)
- Deep learning research: heuristics for provable DNN repair and healthcare applications
What I'm drawn to: Building things that don't yet exist, early-stage teams, and understanding what makes people tick.
