Fixed mcp tools' scheme representation.
@drbrady8800 The Sequential Thinking MCP tool does not trigger a chat_output event after the tool call is completed, which prevents the agent from generating a response. All other MCP tools work as expected. I’ll investigate further to understand why this is happening specifically with this tool.
