Sorry for so many issue 🙏🏻

On worktree creation SUPACODE_WORKTREE_PATH is exported to the shell, same on worktree deletion but if we open a new terminal window (re-open first, or another tab) the SUPACODE_WORKTREE_PATH isn't set anymore.

Is there a workaround to get SUPACODE_WORKTREE_PATH from newly created terminal window?
