Steps to reproduce:

1. ralph-tui run
2. Wait for limit (some task get "limit reached"
   2b. Make a copy of session.json
3. quit using (Q nad type "y" to save session" - Session.json file in .ralph-tui is deleting now (why?)
4. when i try to make ralph-tui resume i got "no session available
5. Paste session.json copied in 2b point.

WORKAROUND:
When i use ralph-tui --prd ./tasks/prd.json my ralph-tui works correctly and work can be resumed.
