Describe the bug

• Doesn't happen in @stylify/nuxt-module.

Reproduction

• Random
• Try to make for example a syntax error / Unclosed tag / Non existing component / Duplicated class attribute
• It might be caused by some bug in Nuxt and not Stylify, because it seems that the CSS is generated but not (hot)reloaded. Not even after page refresh ¯_(ツ)_/¯.
• It seems, that it happens in Webpack and Rollup too. It may be caused by some bundler watch/promise break
