To make the deprecation as painless as possible for people, we'll want to update the existing warnings in the rule README to:
- state they're officially deprecated
- expand them to include an example diff (similar to the ones we include in our migration guides)
Ideally, we'd include the latter in the emitted deprecation warnings as well, so users don't need to consult the docs.
