  • replaces rotana with rewrite/fix
  • add support for cnbcarabia.com, media.gov.kw

closes #4501

I have confirmed the plugin works for all the rotana links.

@BountyChocolate123456, thank you for testing. I have tested the other URLs you listed in your first post, above, and it works for those too. I guess this plugin should be renamed hiplayer instead now.
