I lay mini landmine hashtags for my staff #TODO_:yymm:JAC;.
These can be anyware in any page and for a variety of reasons.
From time to time or when they find one, they are supposed to action them and change them to #done_........
This is supposed to be a low cost workflow that I raise things that aren't worth interrupting their day and then later I can come back and check I am happy with the answer and changes.
I am not 100% convinced that all notebooks are being scanned in the regular scan and I can't see a way of including them / checking / enforcing. I know "if you open a large notebook for the 1st time, it won't be scanned" etc.
So I thought the only way to see (without putting a hashtag in each notebook), would be to goto: "Schedule Hashtag Scanning". Is that correct?
It would be good to have a periodic entry in the log for ones that are being scanned and ones that being skipped.
At the bottom, when I look at notebooks, not all of them are checked. So I "select all", and "Scan now", then look at the logs as it says something like
scanned 14969 pages, 31/29 notebooks, 316 sections, updating 0 pages, saving 0 tags, in 4903ms.
If I go back into the Schedule Hashtag Scanning, I would kind of expect all the notebooks to be checked now, but they aren't. I think it is the same ones as when I came in last. I can't see a reason for which ones are checked - some are on my personal MS account and some on work.
I'm sorry if you have answered this (probably to me) before, but I am a bit confused and worry that I am creating todo's that no one is seeing. I want to give me staff a 1.2.3 to ensure there are no gaps.
