Current behavior:
Stencil doesn't currently generate source maps, which makes a number of development and production debugging workflows difficult or impossible.

This is a follow-up to #219. More use case info can be found there.

Expected behavior:
It would be fantastic if Stencil could generate source maps during the build process!
