$ stellar tx new set-options --signer sponsor --signer-weight=20
error: invalid value 'sponsor' for '--signer <SIGNER>': xdr value invalid

$ stellar tx new set-options --signer $(stellar keys address sponsor) --signer-weight=20 --build-only
