[Bug] "Nothing found for" with Prowlarr #198

@balkce

Description

@balkce

What happened?

torrra returns a "nothing found for" message, while Prowlarr seems to still be searching. It is hit-or-miss though, and it seems that Prowlarr is taking its time to search (some indexers are slow).

I know that #90 has already raised this issue, but it appears that is still happening in version 2.0.1, even with the --no-cache flag.

I was thinking that it could be a timeout issue, which I believe is 10 s., given the default value in src/torrra/indexers/base.py. Would it be possible to have a setting to change this value? If I have time, I may create another pull request for this, if need be.
