Remove JUnit 4 based meta-annotation example

## Overview

Since our JUnit 4 support is now deprecated, it is sufficient to show only an example of meta-annotation support with JUnit Jupiter in the [reference manual](https://docs.spring.io/spring-framework/reference/7.0/testing/annotations/integration-meta.html).
