Long-term support, experience and commitment lead to high quality software

I work with code since 1984 - since then I gathered some experience at various places around the world and every project that I have started will be still supported till today [if this is technically possible (unfortunately BlackBerry/RIM have shut down essential infrastructure)].

You can be sure, if there is a bug in code I feel responsible for, then this will get fixed as soon as possible - my personal target timeline will be measured in hours sometimes days. At least you can expect a initial response from me normally within the first 24h an issue was created.
