What: Fix HttpStub Issues with generative enabled, with and without strictMode

How:

  • Resolve the issue where strict generative is always true, even when not configured
  • Address issue of strict generative not functioning correctly when no examples are supplied for the endpoint
  • Resolve issue of incorrect details being sent to MockEvents when generative is enabled

Fix HttpStub strict generative mode

- Fix strict generative always being true even when not set
- Fis generative strict generative not working with no examples
- Add simple tests for the same

Fix generative response details from HttpStub

- Use the 400Scenario and its feature instead of fakeResponse
- As fakeResponse will always be null on this code path
- Fix HttpLogMessage.toResult to consider result
- Add simple test for the same
