Describe the bug

If on a main record, and an edit is made to a related record in its separate dialog and saved, saving on the main record causes a crash with an out of date error

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to CO
2. Open record saved to form in qcbx (agents, CE, accession, etc.)
3. Make an edit on this related record and save in dialog
4. Close dialog
5. Save on main record
6. See error

Expected behavior
main record should save without issue

#1- 10:30AM Mtn. time. In the process of changing LOC info for the Deer Flat
specimens. I had called up a group of 4 specimens (CO# 360,277- 360360,280) and
was checking data on the specimens that were in that list when it crashed. I was
clicking on the arrows at the top of the screen that move the viewer from one CO to the

#2- 10:47AM Mtn. time. Working on same batch of 4 specimens as in #1 above. Had
just made changes in entry for CO# 360,280 and pressed Save. Specify crashed.
