Unable to use spack checksum to confirm the sha256 values but can spack install and spack fetch the new versions.

@tldahlgren I was looking at this too, it's trying to fetch from when the correct URL should be should probably update the recipe to use https if possible, too |

Yes, I tried a few tweaks to the method but they did not help though I didn't dig into it very deeply.
Excellent point. Perhaps in another PR since I already merged this one? (Reverting will just create another PR anyway.) |
