This ports the variable handling block from the upstream: https://github.com/tree-sitter-perl/tree-sitter-perl/blob/master/grammar.js#L712
And updates all the tests. Unfortunately tree-sitter does not have a way to force update the tests even if their failing, so when it updated the tests after grammar change, it also introduced indentation - making diffs harder to read.
