Instead of re-generating and re-compiling the mocks 3 times, consolidate them into a single storemocks package.

Instead of re-generating and re-compiling the mocks 3 times,
consolidate them into a single storemocks package.
This should also provide better code navigation in the editor.
Test plan
Existing tests continue to pass.
