This upgrades SvelteKit for good measure. I think a lot of the fixes are not relevant to us but https://github.com/sveltejs/kit/releases/tag/%40sveltejs%2Fkit%402.5.8 is interesting and makes navigating around in the app after a dev server start less jarring.
